At Plot & Craft, we believe in creating thoughtful, quality pieces that help you feel organized and inspired. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Easy Returns
If your item isn’t quite what you were expecting, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. Simply send us an email at plotandcraftwoodshop@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Guidelines
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging included.
- Customized Products: Since our custom pieces are made just for you, these items are non-refundable. However, if there’s a quality issue, please reach out—we’ll find a solution.
- Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. For other returns, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.
